Social Dynamics 2025

About

Social dynamics 2025 is a workshop on ‘Individual, dyadic, and group dynamics inside and outside the lab’. The goal of the workshop is to discuss recent insights of the neuroscience of individual, dyadic and group dynamics inside and outside the lab (e.g., at schools and at home).

The workshop will be held in Utrecht on Thursday and Friday, 20th-21st November, 2025. The workshop will take the format of short sessions (3-4 speakers) surrounding specific themes. We will have sessions devoted to group-based hyperscanning (e.g., fNIRS, EEG), testing vulnerable populations, development, mobile labs, conversational, behavioural and physiological synchrony, as well as advanced analyses. The workshop aims to feature an exciting and interdisciplinary lineup of researchers. During the workshop we will also hear from early-career researchers during talks and poster presentations and have plenty of time for discussion and interaction.
